Performers call one of three phone lines at Gallery 825 at a predetermined time. At the gallery participants in the audience answer one of fifteen telephones attached to these phone lines in order to hear each performance. The piece unexpectedly evolved into three stages: audience members listening to performers, some audience members talking on the phone while others listened to performers, and finally audience members only talking to each other on the phone.
